CREAMY HEAVEN is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and offering a flexible cancellation policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Customers can request to cancel their order within 60 seconds of placing the order. Once the 60-second window has passed, cancellation requests will not be entertained, as the order will be processed and communicated to our vendors/merchants.
Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as ice cream and frozen desserts), cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched for delivery. We are unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already left our kitchen or are in transit.
2. Refunds and Replacements
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in a consumable condition, please report it to our Customer Service team immediately. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the merchant has verified the issue. Claims must be reported within the same day of receiving the product.
Product Discrepancies: If the product delivered does not match what was displayed on the website, please notify our Customer Service team within the same day of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable Items: Due to the nature of ice cream and other frozen products, cancellations are not possible after dispatch, and refunds will not be issued unless the product is damaged or defective.
Handling of Products: CREAMY HEAVEN is not responsible for changes in product condition due to delays in delivery, incorrect storage, or improper handling after the product has been delivered.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, please note that it may take 6-8 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and the bank's processing times.
